We're looking for a Product Manager to join the Decile Group product team and own a meaningful surface area of Decile Hub. You know how to take a messy problem and turn it into a crisp spec. You use AI tools daily — not as a novelty, but as a genuine part of how you research, write, and think. You're comfortable with ambiguity, good at asking the right questions, and allergic to vague requirements. You don't need to come from a big company. You need to show us that you can ship. Basic requirements: You must live and work within a few time zones of Pacific (California) time. We are on Zoom and Slack a lot. You must be able to write a spec that an engineer can build from without follow-up questions. You must be actively using AI tools in your daily workflow — research, writing, analysis, synthesis. You must be willing to get close to customers — calls, tickets, interviews — and turn what you learn into action.
