[What you will be working on]
We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to drive data-related products and capabilities across MOE. The role will define product vision, shape problem statements, prioritise use cases, and drive delivery and adoption across governance, platform, and data-owning teams.
The Product Manager will balance policy intent, user needs, and system constraints, and ensure solutions are implementable, scalable, and aligned with MOE and WOG priorities. Depending on organisational needs, the role may be deployed into one or more specialised tracks.
[Core Responsibilities]
Define product vision, problem statements, and target outcomes aligned with MOE priorities.
Identify and prioritise use cases based on user needs, policy intent, and system value.
Translate requirements into product features, workflows, and implementation scope.
Work with engineering, platform, governance, and operations teams to drive delivery.
Clarify ownership, operating model, and end-to-end workflows across stakeholders.
Track adoption, usage, and outcomes, and iterate based on feedback and data.
Balance user experience, governance requirements, and technical feasibility.
Prepare product updates, trade-off decisions, and roadmap proposals for leadership.
[Requirements]
Relevant level of experience in product management, digital product delivery, consulting, or transformation roles.
Experience driving products across multiple stakeholders and constraints.
Strong ability to structure ambiguous problem spaces into clear product direction.
Ability to align stakeholders across policy, business, and technical teams.
Familiarity with enterprise data, governance, platforms, or public sector delivery.

Focus: Delivering a coherent, user-centred Student Hub.
Define Student Hub product vision and use cases across HQ, schools, and students.
Shape user journeys, workflows, and integration points across systems.
Prioritise features across data, content, and service delivery layers.
Drive adoption by ensuring solutions are useful, usable, and aligned with school realities.
Track 2: WOG–MOE Data Architecture Products
Focus: Translating architecture into usable product capabilities.
Define products that enable data sharing, integration, and interoperability across MOE and WOG.
Translate architecture principles into concrete features, standards, and reusable components.
Prioritise capabilities that unlock cross-system workflows and data reuse.
