About the Role Are you a strategic product leader ready to spearhead compliance-driven innovation in one of Europe’s most dynamic markets? We are seeking a high-performing Product Manager with deep roots in the iGaming industry to own and elevate our product offering for the Danish   market . Based in our vibrant Denmark hub , you will bridge the gap between complex regulatory landscapes and exceptional user experiences, driving growth from conception to launch. About the Client Our partner is a dynamic tech company building cutting-edge product engineering across Fintech , iGaming , and Marketing . They specialize in turning innovative ideas into high-performing engines and launching them at absolute scale. What You Will Do Shape the Strategy: Define and execute a robust product strategy and roadmap, meticulously tailoring features to meet stringent Danish regulatory requirements. Champion the Vision: Build strong alignment and buy-in for the product vision across internal cross-functional teams and key external stakeholders. Drive Market Growth: Identify product gaps, analyze player behavior, and generate innovative ideas to capture market share and elevate the customer experience. Execute with Precision: Translate high-level strategy into detailed technical requirements and prototypes, scoping and prioritizing features based on business and user impact. Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner closely with engineering teams to optimize resource utilization and achieve swift, high-quality time-to-market. Lead Impactful Launches: Orchestrate end-to-end product launches in close coordination with executive leadership and the broader product management organization. What You Bring iGaming Expertise: Minimum of 2+ years of dedicated experience as a Product Manager within the iGaming/Gambling industry ( mandatory for consideration). Danish Market Compliance: Direct, hands-on experience navigating Danish iGaming regulations and compliance frameworks. Lifecycle Mastery: A proven track record of managing all phases of a successful product's lifecycle, from ideation to post-launch optimization. Technical & Analytical Acumen: A solid technical background with hands-on exposure to software development and web technologies, paired with strong proficiency in data, market, and competitive analysis. Leadership & Agility: Exceptional problem-solving skills, a flexible mindset, and a demonstrated ability to thrive within a cross-functional matrix organization. Bonus Points: A strong understanding of online Casino operations and broader familiarity with international responsible gambling frameworks (e.g., MGA, DGA). Location: Current residence in Denmark, or a willingness to relocate permanently to Denmark ( mandatory ).
