Description
Figma is growing our team of passionate creatives and builders on a mission to make design accessible to all. Figma’s platform helps teams bring ideas to life—whether you're brainstorming, creating a prototype, translating designs into code, or iterating with AI. From idea to product, Figma empowers teams to streamline workflows, move faster, and work together in real time from anywhere in the world. If you're excited to shape the future of design and collaboration, join us! We are hiring a Product Manager to join our CMS Area who will help us shape the future of content and digital asset management systems. You’ll extend Figma’s existing ecosystem to natively manage the content, assets, and components of any digital product in production. You’ll collaborate heavily with many teams across Figma including the Editor, Infrastructure, Build Tools, Growth + Monetization teams, and more.
This is a full time role that can be held from one of our US hubs or remotely in the United States.
What you’ll do at Figma:
Combine your experience with design systems, technical expertise, and empathy for teams who rely daily on CMS / DAM products
Partner with product, design, and engineering leadership to define, sharpen, and deliver the long-term strategy of Figma's future CMS
Align your team around solutions to complex infrastructure-related product requirements
Embrace and advance the world of open source software as we deliver engineering teams tools that fit their workflows
Work closely with the core Figma Editor team in order to connect dynamic content to existing Figma product surfaces in new ways
Translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders and communicate the value of foundational improvements across the organization
We'd love to hear from you if you have:
5+ years of experience as a full-time Product Manager or equivalent title
2+ years of experience working in the content or digital asset management space
Experience leading significant strategic initiatives on highly complex, ambiguous, and scaled products
Excellent organizational, communication, and analytical skills, spanning both technical and UX-related disciplines
While it’s not required, it’s an added plus if you also have:
Experience implementing enterprise-scale CMS or DAM platforms, internally or for a customer
Strong technical background with an understanding of frontend development, headless content management systems, and the infra that brings all of it together
High-profile consultancy experience, where you've led many digital innovation strategies for enterprise organizations as they identify and adopt new CMS / DAM platforms
Experience running or contributing to large open source projects
At Figma, one of our values is Grow as you go. We believe in hiring smart, curious people who are excited to learn and develop their skills. If you’re excited about this role but your past experience doesn’t align perfectly with the points outlined in the job description, we encourage you to apply anyways. You may be just the right candidate for this or other roles.
