Brief Overview
The Attorney-General's Chambers (AGC) is Singapore's principal government legal service, responsible for legislation drafting, legal advisory, prosecution, and international law. AGC is undergoing digital transformation which includes the modernisation of its legislative drafting systems, the adoption of AI-powered knowledge management tools, and the development of a centralised data infrastructure to support evidence-based legal work products.
Consolidate siloed datasets across teams and systems into a centralised data warehouse
Establish tagging, classification, and metadata frameworks for legal knowledge repositories
Prepare and structure data to support AI-powered tools including LLM based application across AGC product suite
Build the analytical foundations for evidence-based legal operations and decision-making
The successful candidate will guide the entire design process from discovery to implementation, working with legal professionals and technical teams to address current search fragmentation and pain points. This position also involves establishing design frameworks for AGC's broader digital transformation initiatives.
Requires 5-8 years of UX design experience with expertise in user research, service design, and complex data-heavy interfaces.

As a Product Manager, you will hold significant ownership over your product domain, driving it from concept to reality while aligning with the broader programme goals. Your core responsibilities include:

Drive Product Vision and Strategy
Develop and articulate a clear product vision that aligns teams around long-term goals
Define and track success metrics, critically analysing data on at least a quarterly basis
Leverage market research, competitor reviews, and technology trends to inform strategic direction

Lead Data-Driven Product Discovery
Conduct and synthesise user research, customer feedback, and technical feasibility assessments
Use data to validate or challenge ideas before committing to development
Identify and mitigate risks from both a technical and market perspective
Make and communicate prioritisation decisions backed by clear data and evidence
Translate Domain Complexity into Clear Product Requirements
Work closely with legal, policy, and operations stakeholders to understand workflow complexities
Translate nuanced domain requirements into clear, well-scoped product specifications
