TeamDynamix is seeking a strategic, analytical, and customer-focused Product Manager to join our remote Product team. In this role, you will drive the delivery and adoption of high-value product capabilities by transforming customer insights, market research, and business objectives into a clear, actionable product roadmap. You will work closely with customers, engineering, and cross-functional partners to define requirements, prioritize enhancements, and guide product releases. This position is ideal for a product professional who thrives at the intersection of strategy, data, and execution. About the Role - Own and curate product roadmaps that align with customer needs, market opportunities, and business priorities. - Gather and analyze product feedback and enhancement requests through direct review, documentation, focus groups, and research. - Partner with the product management team to build, validate, and continuously refine the product roadmap. - Collaborate with engineering to identify, scope, design, estimate, and deliver product features. - Document and analyze enhancement requests and trends to inform product direction. - Deliver clear and effective functional product documentation. - Plan, coordinate, and manage product version releases. - Communicate product plans, updates, and value effectively to customers and internal stakeholders. - Assist marketing in communicating product benefits and supporting launch activities. - Participate in root cause analysis to recommend product improvements and enhance product fitness. - Contribute to business process management initiatives by collecting metrics and improving processes. - Conduct research, planning, and integration activities related to mergers and acquisitions. - Act as a project manager on select initiatives as needed. - Assist in developing product pricing strategies as appropriate. - Communicate with colleagues, management, clients, and partners in a professional and courteous manner. - Comply with all company regulations, policies, and procedures.
