A Product Manager serves as a key connector between business stakeholders and development teams, responsible for managing requirements, driving prioritization, and ensuring clear communication across the product lifecycle. This role develops deep expertise in assigned product areas and works closely with engineering leads, business partners, and end users to ensure that development efforts are well defined and aligned to business goals. The Product Manager helps teams focus on the right work and deliver solutions that meet user and business needs. This position is remotely based. We are unable to offer work sponsorship for this role.  Who are we? Your impact: Collaborate with stakeholders, users, and developers to gather, clarify, and document product requirements. Act as a liaison between business and technical teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment of priorities. Keep stakeholders informed through consistent communication on project status, issues, timelines, and upcoming releases. Develop deep expertise in organizational operations, product functionality, and user workflows to become a trusted SME. Identify opportunities for product improvements, enhancements, and process optimizations based on user feedback and operational insights. Support sprint planning and backlog management, helping to define priorities with team leads, and refine user stories. Assist in sprint ceremonies (planning, review, retrospectives) to ensure smooth execution. Analyze product usage and feedback to provide data-driven recommendations for future development or technical work. Document product requirements, workflows, and system changes in clear and accessible formats. Foster strong relationships with both stakeholders and developers to build trust and facilitate effective collaboration. Monitor releases and validate that delivered solutions meet user and business needs. Other related duties as assigned. This role may manage Product Analysts depending on team structure. Assign, prioritize, and reallocate team workloads across multiple projects as organizational needs shift. Coordinate closely with development leads, product leads, and business stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective integration of team members into product teams. Provide regular coaching, feedback, and performance evaluations for team members. Serve as a point of escalation for technical and project-related challenges as needed. About you: Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex needs into clear requirements. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across technical and non-technical teams. Able to adapt messaging for executive, engineering, or customer-facing audiences.
