Description
ABOUT US Emberos exists to bring predictive intelligence and clarity to a world where AI is already shaping decisions. We help brands understand how AI interprets and represents them at the moment of discovery and how that understanding compounds over time. By revealing emerging patterns before assumptions harden into belief, we give leaders foresight into what is taking shape and the ability to act early. This is not just monitoring. It’s predictive intelligence designed for an AI-mediated world. As AI increasingly defines what people see, trust, and choose, Emberos serves as a grounding force for truth by bringing clarity to how meaning forms today and how it evolves tomorrow. We’re a small, fast-moving team building something foundational, and we’re looking for people who want to shape what comes next. THE OPPORTUNITY We're looking for a Product Manager who thrives in highly technical environments and loves turning complex problems into products customers actually want. This role sits at the intersection of Engineering, Customer Success, and Leadership. You'll work closely with our engineering team to define priorities, shape product direction, and ensure we're building the right things at the right time. This is not a project coordinator role. We need someone who understands modern product management, thinks strategically, and can translate business opportunity and engineering reality into a single, trustworthy narrative for clients and leadership alike. WHAT YOU'LL BUILD OWN SCOPE, TIMELINES + CLIENT COMMITMENTS - Serve as the definitive source of truth on what's committed, what's in flight, and what's realistic; no surprises for clients, Customer Success, or leadership. - Provide accurate, defensible timelines to Leadership before commitments go out the door; know the difference between an aggressive estimate and a reckless one. - Give clear, decisive answers under pressure rather than hedging or over-promising. - Anticipate downstream risk before it surfaces, so timeline conversations stay conversations instead of becoming escalations. - Partner with Customer Success to keep every client-facing commitment aligned with what Engineering can actually deliver. DRIVE THE PRODUCT LIFECYCLE - Own the product lifecycle from discovery through launch. - Translate customer needs, business objectives, and technical constraints into clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria. - Create and maintain product roadmaps aligned with company strategy, and make thoughtful trade-off calls when priorities compete. PARTNER WITH ENGINEERING - Work closely with Engineering to execute against the roadmap and work closely with Leadership to define the priorities. - Lead backlog refinement, sprint planning, and release planning. - Prioritize the backlog with reasoning engineering can act on without hand-holding. BALANCE VISION + CUSTOMER NEED - Hold a clear point of view on where the product is going, not just react to the loudest request - Turn customer feedback and market signal into the solution that's actually right, not just the one asked for - Define success metrics and track product performance after launch - Partner with Customer Success, Sales, and Leadership to continue improving the platform MUST-HAVE EXPERIENCE - 5+ years of Product Management experience building SaaS, AI, enterprise, or developer-focused products. - A demonstrated track record of scoping and estimating accurately, and communicating those estimates clearly to technical and non-technical audiences alike. - A calm, decisive communicator. Comfortable telling a client or exec "no" or "not yet," and explaining why, without hedging. - Demonstrated experience working directly with software engineering teams. - Strong understanding of Agile product development methodologies. - Experience writing product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria. - Ability to balance custom
