We are looking for a Product Manager who thrives in execution, brings structure to ambiguity, and can help turn strategy into well-defined, high-quality product delivery. Role Overview The Product Manager will be responsible for translating product strategy and customer needs into clear, actionable work for engineering teams. This person will own backlog quality, ensure requirements are well defined, support cross-functional alignment, and help drive products from ideation through launch and iteration. This is a highly collaborative role for someone who is strong in execution, detail orientation, and stakeholder management. The right candidate knows how to balance speed with rigor, can work effectively across technical and non-technical teams, and is energized by improving processes while shipping meaningful product outcomes. What You’ll Do Backlog Ownership and Delivery - Own and maintain a healthy, prioritized product backlog aligned to company priorities - Break down initiatives into epics, stories, acceptance criteria, and implementation-ready requirements - Partner closely with engineering to ensure work is clearly scoped, refined, and sequenced - Ensure the team is working on the highest-impact opportunities with minimal ambiguity - Support sprint planning, backlog refinement, and delivery follow-through Product Development Execution - Translate product direction into actionable requirements and user stories - Ensure work moves through a clear product development lifecycle from discovery to launch - Identify dependencies, risks, edge cases, and operational considerations early - Partner with design to ensure workflows and requirements are grounded in real user needs - Help drive launch readiness, user acceptance testing, and post-launch learning Cross-Functional Collaboration - Work closely with Product, Engineering, Design, Customer Success, Operations, and other internal stakeholders - Gather input from stakeholders and customers to shape requirements and priorities - Facilitate alignment when tradeoffs are needed across scope, timing, and quality - Act as a connective tissue between strategy and execution across teams Quality and Process Improvement - Raise the bar on requirement quality, acceptance criteria, and release readiness - Help create more discipline around prioritization, backlog health, documentation, and execution - Support consistent processes for intake, triage, refinement, and launch planning - Identify opportunities to improve how teams collaborate and deliver product outcomes What Success Looks Like In this role, success means: - Engineering teams have clear, well-defined work and fewer blockers caused by ambiguity - Backlogs are healthy, prioritized, and aligned to business goals - Stakeholders are informed, aligned, and engaged at the right points in the process - Releases are better planned, better tested, and more predictable - Product initiatives move faster with improved quality and less rework - Customers receive solutions that are practical, valuable, and measurable Qualifications Required - 2 -5 years of experience in a Product Owner, Product Manager, Business Analyst, or similar product delivery role - Experience working closely with software engineering teams in agile environments - St
