Cross-Functional Collaboration: Participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives, acting as a bridge between the engineering and design teams. Quality Assurance: Perform hands-on product testing to ensure a seamless user experience across our platforms before any public release. Requirements Current Student/Recent Graduate: Pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business or a related field. Analytical Mindset: You are comfortable working with data and can translate complex information into clear, logical insights. Fintech Enthusiast: You have a genuine interest in finance, digital payments, personal finance management, or banking technology. Strong Communicator: You can clearly explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and advocate for the user's perspective. Problem Solver: You enjoy tackling ambiguous problems and are comfortable navigating a fast-changing environment. Nice to have Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Figma, or Notion . Knowledge of basic SQL or experience working with data visualization tools (Tableau, Looker). Understanding of financial regulations (KYC/AML) or payment processing flows. Previous experience or passion projects involving product development, design, or coding.
