This pivotal role is designed for a dynamic team leader who not only excels in a customer-facing sales environment but also possesses a passion for product sales, customer engagement and solution-based selling. Your leadership will be instrumental in both guiding the effectiveness of the sales function and nurturing deep product knowledge and enthusiasm among the team. Leading by example, you will support customers throughout their sales journey, provide tailored product recommendations and collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure customers are matched with the most suitable products and services to meet their needs.
