Description
The Product Experience Analyst helps Homey understand and improve how clients, panel firms, and homebuyers experience our conveyancing platform. The role combines UI/UX analysis with direct client interaction — reviewing product usage, gathering feedback, identifying friction points, and translating findings into clear, actionable recommendations for the Product and Design teams. This is a client-facing role that also requires a strong eye for usability and interface design. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Product Experience Analysis • Analyse how users interact with Homey's platform to identify usability issues, drop-off points, and friction in key workflows • Review product analytics, session recordings, and usage data to surface patterns in user behaviour • Translate qualitative and quantitative findings into clear insights and improvement recommendations • Maintain a prioritised backlog of experience issues in collaboration with Product and Design UI/UX Input & Collaboration • Review interface designs and prototypes, providing UX feedback ahead of release • Support the Design team with wireframes, user flows, or annotated mockups to illustrate proposed improvements • Conduct usability reviews and heuristic evaluations of existing and new product features • Help ensure consistency of user experience across web and any client-facing touchpoints Client-Facing Engagement • Act as a direct point of contact for panel law firms, estate agents, and homebuyers on product experience matters • Conduct client interviews, walkthroughs, and feedback sessions to understand pain points and expectations • Present findings and proposed improvements to clients in a clear, professional, and reassuring manner • Build strong working relationships with key client stakeholders to support ongoing product feedback loops Cross-Functional Collaboration • Work closely with Product Managers to feed client and usability insights into the product roadmap • Partner with Engineering to validate that shipped features resolve the intended experience issues • Collaborate with Customer Success and Support teams to identify recurring experience-related concerns • Share client and usability insights with wider teams through regular reporting Continuous Improvement • Keep up to date with UX best practice, accessibility standards, and PropTech industry trends • Suggest and help implement improvements to how Homey gathers and acts on client feedback • Contribute to a culture of user-centred thinking across the Product and Design teams Requirements • 1+ years of experience in a UX, product analyst, product experience, or client-facing product role • Strong understanding of UI/UX principles, usability heuristics, and user-centred design practices • Comfortable analysing product usage data and translating it into actionable insights • Excellent communication skills, with confidence presenting to and engaging directly with clients • Experience with design/prototyping tools such as Figma, along with analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Hotjar) • Strong stakeholder management skills, able to balance client needs with product and business priorities • Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple client relationships and feedback streams at once NICE TO HAVE • Experience in a PropTech, fintech, or professional services technology environment • Familiarity with conducting usability testing and structured client research • Basic understanding of front-end concepts to communicate effectively with Engineering • Experience presenting UX or product insights to non-technical stakeholders Benefits Competitive Salary: Commensurate with experience.
