Job Description   Are you passionate about creating an elegant and intuitive product design our customers love and understand at first glance? Yes? You should definitely read on!   The role you will play   We are looking for a passionate, hands on Product Designer Trainee who is eager to help us with the company-wide design system and the UX & UI design for our web-based products. Together with our cross-functional product teams, you would be participating in all product phases, from discovery to delivery, supporting the product design area to find the best UX flow, create and test prototypes/mockups, and iterate to find the best UI & UX design for the product/feature that users love to work with.     The team you’ll be a part of   You will be part of our TMS Product Management team, in close daily cooperation with 5 skilled colleagues. You work alongside of our main Product Designer with the main objective to get trained and onboarded by her and then later on, when the time comes, work independently with the rest of the team as her maternity leave cover.      If you want to make a difference, make it with us by:     Putting the needs of our users at the center of your creative thought processes.    Creating elegant, simple, and functional UX/UI designs that are well-received by the end users.    Supporting the ongoing development of our design system to help create a consistent user experience and visual identity across our products and align with our company brand.   Producing simple, clickable prototypes that evoke an instant understanding of the way applications and features work.    Collaborating with developers to ensure designs are implemented effectively and consistently.  Working closely with Product Managers and our User Researcher to understand user needs, challenges, and pain points.  Communicating your ideas and concepts clearly to all stakeholders involved in the product management process.       What does it take to work for LanguageWire?      What you will need to bring   You are currently studying or have recently completed studies in Product Design, UX/UI Design, or a related discipline.  A portfolio of university, personal, or freelance projects that showcases your design thinking and creativity.  Expert skills in UI design and prototyping software like Figma.  Good organizational skills and willingness to learn how to manage multiple tasks and priorities.  Strong writing and verbal communication skills in English.
