We are a true product design group , and our designers are encouraged to engage across the process—from research and insight gathering, to shaping experience strategies, contributing to client workshops, designing UX/UI systems, and exploring how AI-driven thinking can enhance product and service ecosystems. As a Product Designer , you will contribute to shaping outcomes at the intersection of business needs, service design, and digital product experience . This role calls for strong craft, curiosity, and collaboration—bringing thoughtful design execution while developing the ability to connect design decisions to broader business and user goals. You’ll work closely with teammates and clients, gaining exposure to the full design process and building the confidence to navigate complexity with support and mentorship. We are a global company , with clients and team members distributed across time zones, so flexibility in how and when you collaborate is essential for our integrated approach to succeed. This position can be hybrid or remote , but candidates must be available during working hours aligned with our Palo Alto, California office (PST time zone) . Full-time work from the Palo Alto office is also an option. As a Product Designer, you may help:  Shape the future of mobility , exploring how people, vehicles, and services connect in new ecosystems  Reimagine neurosurgical planning through 3D, VR, AR, and AI-powered tools that support both pre-operative planning and live surgical procedures  Architect end-to-end telecom service experiences across digital and physical touchpoints  Build intelligent digital agents to combat misinformation in global health  Visualize and model strategies for billion-dollar venture portfolios , with AI-augmented insights  Design multi-channel healthcare journeys for patients, providers, and caregivers—personalized through AI orchestration and automation   Shape carbon-positive experiences through climate and sustainability platforms  Explore the frontier of AI-powered experiences —from automation to augmentation and beyond  Requirements Whom we’re looking for: You have 1 to 4+ years of applicable design experience You must have excellent written and spoken English skills; this is 100% an English position You are an actual digital product designer e.g. you move pixels around with precision and have a portfolio that demonstrates it (no offense to you user researchers, we value you too -- just not for this role) You enjoy learning about new industries and are a quick study You are looking for opportunities to help brands define their character You are a solid visual and interaction designer with the appetite to learn or improve your skills for translating user res
