Description
👫 Who we’re looking for: A senior product designer who thrives on high autonomy, isn't afraid to push back when the brief is wrong, and gets genuinely excited about raising the bar in a fast-moving product team. 🌍 Where? Brno, Czech Republic. 🗓️ When? Q3 2026. ABOUT THE ROLE As a Product Designer, you will be joining the Campaigns team at ROI Hunter, owning the end-to-end design for one of the most strategically important scopes in the product : the Meta ad buying and management experience used by 200+ enterprise e-commerce companies. You will own the design for the Campaigns scope independently. From discovery through delivery, without needing someone to hold the brief together for you. You will help professionalize and unify how the team delivers design work, refactoring existing patterns where they fall short and raising the overall consistency of the output. You will work inside a fullstack Campaigns team alongside a PM, frontend, backend, and a dev lead. Close collaboration, no handoff model, real shared ownership of what is being shipped. You will use AI tooling as a core part of your workflow with access to fully loaded Claude with connectors, Claude Code for rapid prototyping, and a release cadence that takes ideas from concept to a live feature in roughly three weeks. You will act as a UX ambassador in the team. You will be challenging scope simplifications, advocating for the user when shortcuts are tempting, and raising the flag when the design decision doesn't hold up Longer term, you will contribute to AI product integration work, including possible chat style interfaces, as the Campaigns and Product Insights scopes consolidate and the team`s influence grows. ABOUT YOU You are a senior product designer who has owned a scope independently before . You did not just contribute to one, but actually drove it from discovery to delivery without needing someone to hold the process together for you. You are comfortable challenging assumptions. When a brief doesn't hold up, you bring clarity instead of just going along with it. You know when speed is the right call and when it isn't, and you can make that case in a room with people who initially disagreed. You have real research and testing experience. Not just Figma craft, but actual contact with users involving usability testing, discovery interviews and validating assumptions before they become shipped features. You are comfortable working in focused three-week cycles. You know how to move quickly, make pragmatic trade-offs, and still protect the quality of the user experience. You are curious about AI tooling and already use it in your workflow in some meaningful way. Whether that's prototyping with Claude Code or experimenting with other tools, you're not waiting for someone to tell you it's okay to try things. You are a fluent Czech and English speaker . You will be working in Czech within the team every day, but use English often at meetings. If you have experience mentoring other designers or setting best practices for a team , that's a genuine plus. The design team is growing and there will be room to shape how the team works. OUR CULTURE AND VALUES At ROI Hunter , we deeply value people and relationships , perhaps even more than technology. We celebrate curiosity, initiative, and taking ownership - every voice matters here. Bold ideas are rewarded, and we empower everyone to take ownership and push boundaries. After 10 years in e-commerce, and now as part of Pattern - a global ecommerce accelerator operating across 4 continents - we've learned that genuine innovation thrives in environments filled with mutual respect, trust, and open dialogue.
