Your day-to-day:
- Partner with Product teams to tackle challenges, reveal untapped potential, challenge status-quo and empower data-driven choices.
- Use Amplitude to analyse user journeys and conduct A/B tests.
- Use SQL and Tableau to extract and analyze data.
- Build dashboards that make an impact - create powerful visualizations that give teams at Hostinger the visibility and confidence to take action, while ensuring data integrity and validity.
- Use Lumos - our internal AI data agent to surface new insights and business recommendations.
- Collaborate with our top-notch Data Platform team - work closely with data engineers and analytics engineers to ensure data availability, efficient processes and successful project execution.
Real projects you might work on:
- Analysing AI-Powered Marketing Tool Users - our AI-powered Reach Team needs to understand product usage, user segments and conversions. Your insights could help us refine our approach and shape the future of Hostinger's Reach product. If you want to go the extra mile - some product-related user flow analysis and A/B testing would be welcome too!
- Decoding AI WebMail Clients Engagement - our Mail Team is rapidly evolving the communication experience, and they require deep analytical support to fuel their growth. You will dive into customer behavior patterns, providing the strategic clarity needed to shape the next generation of Hostinger’s email solutions through data-backed innovation.
- Optimizing Our Client Referral Program - As this initiative scales rapidly, your data-driven expertise will be essential in refining our commission frameworks. You will help us architect high-impact partnership strategies, ensuring we build deeper, more rewarding connections with our global client base.
- Empowering Our Innovation Team - Innovation is at the core of our success. As we explore diverse new ventures, your analytical expertise will be vital in enriching these ideas with data. You will provide strategic guidance to Product Managers on whether and how to scale emerging business opportunities effectively.
- Defining Product Adoption Success - We want to ensure our clients navigate our tools seamlessly and reach their objectives with ease. You will dive deep into product usage patterns and customer behavior, providing strategic recommendations to elevate the overall Hostinger experience through data-driven improvements.

Your skills and experience:
- 2+ years of experience in a product analyst, data analyst, business analyst or similar role.
- Experience with A/B testing and user journey analysis.
- Hands-on SQL expertise - you can write queries, create and optimize dashboard models. Basically, Claude asks you to check queries.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools - we use Tableau, but experience with other tools works too.
- A results-driven mindset - you love turning raw data into clear, actionable insights that drive business impact.
- Strong communication & collaboration skills - you can explain complex data in a simple way and work well with cross-functional teams.
- Bonus: Experience with Amplitude or other product analytics tools.
