We're continuing to grow our team throughout 2026 and are looking for an exceptional UK based Producer to help build the next generation of Roblox games. The Role This is the next UK-based role we'll be hiring for, with an intended start date in the coming months. You'll help build games experienced by millions of players. Working directly alongside our Director of Games, you'll become one of the people responsible for maintaining the quality bar across every feature that reaches our players. This isn't a traditional producer role centred around administration, meetings or reporting. Your responsibility is to help great developers produce exceptional work. That means making decisions. Challenging ideas. Giving brutal feedback. Protecting quality. Maintaining momentum. Solving problems before they slow development down. You'll work closely with programmers, designers and artists throughout development, helping ensure every feature reaches the standard we're aiming for. On a small team, your decisions don't disappear into a production pipeline. They directly influence the games we build. Freelance UGC Roblox Producer Are you an experienced Producer working with brands as a freelancer or contractor globally? We make original games on Roblox, but we'd still love to hear from you, even if you are not UK based. What You'll Do Work directly alongside the Director of Games throughout development Help lead one or more Roblox projects from concept through live operations Maintain an exceptionally high quality bar across every area of production Give clear, fast, direct and actionable feedback Challenge ideas regardless of who proposed them Identify production risks before they become problems Remove blockers that slow development Help programmers, designers and artists produce their best work Maintain development momentum without sacrificing quality Take ownership of milestones and delivery Continuously improve the game through strong judgement and decision making Protect the vision of the game throughout development What We're Looking For Strong experience producing games Excellent judgement and taste Able to identify outstanding work and recognise weak work immediately Comfortable giving honest feedback Confident making difficult decisions Strong organisational and communication skills Excellent problem solving ability Able to challenge ideas professionally regardless of seniority Comfortable taking ownership and responsibility Excellent attention to detail Passionate about building exceptional games Based in the United Kingdom with the right to work in the UK Professional Roblox production experience is not essential What matters is that you've invested time in understanding the games we build* *Before applying, we expect every candidate to spend time playing our games and arrive with a genuine understanding of what makes them successful.
