If so, this is the chance to apply now! 📥 PeopleCert is looking for a  Procurement Optimization Analyst  to support procurement and business stakeholders by delivering spend visibility, analytical insights, and performance reporting to drive procurement efficiency and cost optimization initiatives. As a Procurement Optimization Analyst, your tasks will include the following:    Analyze procurement and spend data to identify optimization and savings opportunities. Support the execution and monitoring of procurement cost optimization initiatives. Track and report realized savings against targets and procurement KPIs. Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytical tools to support procurement decision-making. Support business cases and quantify the financial impact of procurement initiatives. Collaborate with Finance to validate and report realized savings accurately. Monitor spend trends and identify deviations, risks, or improvement opportunities. Support category and supplier analysis to enhance procurement performance and visibility. Provide analytical support to cross-functional stakeholders on procurement-related initiatives. Contribute to continuous improvement and reporting standardization within Procurement. What we look for:   Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Supply Chain Management , or a related field preferred. 1–3 years of experience in  finance, consulting, analytics, or procurement. Strong analytical skills and  advanced Excel. Familiarity with  data analysis tools (e.g. Power BI)  is a plus. Structured thinking and attention to detail. Excellent knowledge of English (C2 level certification desired, LanguageCert C2 LTE or C2 IESOL certificate would be a plus) Extra languages desired. Advanced computer literacy is required . ECDL Advance level certification is desirable. Ability to understand  business processes and cost drivers. Interest or exposure to  data, automation, or AI tools  is a plus.
