Manager – Procurement, Operations & Spares Position Summary The Supply Chain Manager will be responsible for leading Supply Chain Operations, Procurement Operations in Colombia for US region. This role will own the end-to-end execution of material flow from Purchase Order creation through supplier delivery, manufacturing, project fulfillment, and aftermarket support. The successful candidate will be accountable for ensuring material availability, maintaining strong supplier and contract manufacturer relationships, driving on-time delivery, and supporting manufacturing, planning, engineering, logistics, finance, and service teams. The role requires a leader who takes ownership, drives accountability, removes bottlenecks, and consistently delivers business commitments on time. This position will manage both project procurement and spare parts procurement functions while leading a team focused on operational excellence, execution, and continuous improvement. Requirements Key Responsibilities 1. End-to-End Supply Chain Execution Own end-to-end material execution from PO placement through supplier delivery, manufacturing, and project fulfillment. Ensure material availability to support production schedules, project milestones, and customer commitments. Drive on-time delivery performance across suppliers, contract manufacturers, and logistics partners. Proactively identify supply risks and execute mitigation and recovery plans. Lead supply reviews and ensure timely closure of shortages, delays, and operational bottlenecks. 2. Supplier & Contract Manufacturer Management Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and contract manufacturers. Drive supplier accountability for delivery, quality, responsiveness, and capacity commitments. Conduct regular supplier performance reviews and implement corrective actions where required. Lead escalations and negotiate delivery commitments, lead-time reductions, and recovery plans. Partner with suppliers to improve service, reliability, and operational performance. 3. Cross-Functional Leadership Work closely with Procurement, Planning, Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, Logistics, Finance, and Project teams. Ensure alignment between supply plans, production schedules, and project requirements. Support Engineering Change Orders (ECOs), New Product Introductions (NPIs), and supplier transitions. Drive issue resolution and remove barriers impacting execution. 4. Spares Procurement & Aftermarket Operations Lead Spare Parts Procurement and Operations supporting global service and aftermarket requirements. Ensure timely availability and delivery of spare parts to meet customer service commitments. Partner with Service, Planning, Warehousing, and Logistics teams to maintain optimal inventory levels. Drive improvements in spare parts forecasting, inventory management, procurement processes, and fulfillment performance. Manage critical spare part shortages and ensure rapid recovery actions. 5. Team Leadership & People Development Lead and develop teams supporting Procurement Operations, Supply Chain Operations, Spares Procurement, and Analytics. Establish clear goals, KPIs, and accountability across the team. Effectively prioritize workload, delegate responsibilities, and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Coach and mentor team members while fostering a culture of ownership, urgency, and continuous improvement. 6. Data
