If you're ready to take the lead and drive innovation, IDE is where you belong. What You ‘ll Be Doing Preparing bid specifications and issuing bid requests to several vendors and suppliers. Evaluating approved suppliers and negotiating price, delivery and quality of products. Sourcing new products and alternative suppliers. Negotiating with suppliers regarding damage claims, rejections, losses, return of materials, over-shipments, cancellations etc. Identifying and recommending opportunities that bring innovation, cost efficiencies and optimize service and quality. Qualifications & Experience Required: Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Purchasing, Business Administration, or a related field. Previous experience in Procurement, Purchasing, Supply Chain, or Cost Analysis. Experience in preparing costing files, price analyses, and supplier quotations. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, data analysis). Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.) is an advantage. Strong negotiation and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Excellent command of English, both written and verbal. Team-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities At least 4 years of proven working experience in Procurement or Supply Chain. Strong verbal and written communication skills both in English and Greek. Desired: Master’s Degree will be considered a plus. Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering and Mechanical Engineering Understanding of Hardware/Electronics is desirable. Knowledge of SAP ERP.
