Description

We are working to increase vehicle safety by developing seatbelts, airbags and steering wheels and you can be part of our team as  Process Engineering Technician.         Should you be interested in overseeing these tasks and aiming for enhanced performance standards, your role will involve : Monitor and improve manufacturing process performance, quality, and efficiency. Maintain process documentation, including PFMEA, Control Plans, SWIs, and process flows. Lead continuous improvement, line balancing, and scrap reduction initiatives. Troubleshoot manufacturing issues and support 8D/root cause analysis activities. Implement Poka-Yoke and quality improvement solutions. Support new product launches, machine acceptance, and engineering changes. Collaborate cross-functionally to achieve productivity, quality, and operational targets. Participate in audits and ensure compliance with manufacturing standards. Define production standards, capacities, and work methods. Identify training needs and support workforce development.      If you have/are: Bachelor's degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, Textile Engineering, or a related field. Previous experience in a Process Engineer, Process Technician, Manufacturing Engineer, or similar role within a manufacturing environment. Minimum 3 years of experience in a maintenance, manufacturing, or industrial engineering environment. Experience in the automotive industry is highly preferred. Strong knowledge of manufacturing and assembly processes, including process studies, time studies, line balancing, and continuous improvement. Experience with industrial automation systems, robotics, vision systems, and assembly technologies (e.g., screwing/torquing systems). Knowledge of automotive quality standards and core tools, including PFMEA, MSA, SPC, AIAG/VDA methodologies, and IATF requirements. Understanding of process performance indicators such as OEE, DPMU, LMPU, and process capability analysis. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manufacturing documentation. Knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems and troubleshooting techniques. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CAD software.
