Aureol Global Connections is looking for a dedicated Process Commissioning Engineer to join our dynamic team. This position involves overseeing the commissioning of process systems, ensuring optimal functionality and compliance with project specifications. As a Process Commissioning Engineer, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and documenting commissioning activities, including testing and validation of process equipment and systems. You will work closely with project managers and engineering teams to troubleshoot issues that arise during the commissioning phase and ensure all processes meet quality and safety standards. Responsibilities Develop and implement commissioning strategies for process systems in alignment with project goals. Conduct detailed testing and validation of process equipment and systems to ensure reliability and performance. Collaborate with engineering and project teams to identify and resolve potential commissioning challenges. Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of commissioning processes, including reports and performance logs. Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and client requirements throughout the commissioning process. Provide training and support to operations teams post-commissioning for seamless transition. Assist in developing improvements to commissioning methodologies based on performance evaluations. Participate in project meetings, sharing insights and updates on commissioning progress and issues. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Mechanical, or Process Engineering or an equivalent qualification. Demonstrable experience as a Process Commissioning Engineer or in a similar role. Strong understanding of process engineering principles and commissioning practices. Proficient in analyzing technical documents, specifications, and system designs. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure. Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with teams. Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Familiarity with safety standards and regulations in process engineering is essential.
