About the Role (Job Purpose)
The Principal TPM operates at the highest level of scope and ambiguity, owning mission-critical programs that define the future of GPU infrastructure. This role requires deep technical expertise, leadership, and the ability to drive alignment across the organization.
What You’ll be Doing (Responsibilities)
Own strategy and execution of company-critical infrastructure programs
Drive long-term roadmaps across power management, infrastructure services, fleet operations, and platform architecture
Lead cross-company initiatives involving engineering, product, operations, and external partners
Act as a force multiplier by bringing clarity, structure, and execution rigor to teams
Resolve complex cross-functional challenges and unblock progress at scale
Mentor TPMs and elevate program management standards across the organization
About You (Skills / Qualifications)
10+ years of experience in technical program management or equivalent leadership roles
Deep experience in large-scale infrastructure, data centers, or distributed systems
Proven ability to lead highly complex, ambiguous, and high-stakes programs
Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills
Demonstrated ability to influence technical and organizational direction
The range below reflects the base salary for the position. Actual compensation may vary based on job-related factors such as skill set, experience, education, and location. In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for bonus, equity, and/or commission programs. Nscale may offer a competitive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, flexible paid time off, parental leave, and retirement plan participation.
