PRINCIPAL ENGINEER ABOUT THE ROLE We are looking for a hands-on Principal Engineer to lead the Pune engineering team for Litmus Edge Manager (LEM)—our centralized platform for managing edge deployments across global manufacturing sites. You will provide technical leadership while actively contributing to product development, architecture, and engineering excellence. This role combines software engineering, team leadership, product collaboration, and quality ownership to build a high-performing engineering organization. WHAT YOU'LL DO - Lead and mentor the Pune engineering and QA teams. - Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Java and Go. - Drive architecture decisions, code quality, security, and engineering best practices. - Collaborate with global engineering and product teams to deliver product roadmap initiatives. - Translate product requirements into scalable technical solutions. - Own engineering quality, testing strategy, and CI/CD standards. - Build and grow the engineering team through hiring, coaching, and technical mentorship. - Champion modern engineering practices, including AI-assisted software development.
