You bring:   Education, Licensure, & Certifications:   Holds a Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree.   Must have and maintain a DEA license with no restrictions.    Board certification in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine, with experience in outpatient primary care or a similar setting.   Basic Life Support (BLS) certification: American Heart Association or American Red Cross BLS certification.
