Description
Toyota Financial Services are looking for an individual to join us in the role of Pricing Business Analyst. This opportunity could suit a part qualified management accountant who is keen to continue their career in a unique field. The role in a nutshell: Pricing Business Partner supporting the business by applying key analytical skills and delivering of impactful MI to support TFSUK’s Pricing function. Specifically, this role will look at the development and production of MI across the products and brands which will then be utilised to management to monitor regulatory requirements including Fair Value within Pricing.  About the ‘Department’: Responsibility for pricing new and used business written by TFSUK, including Toyota and Lexus quarterly campaigns, Mazda Financial services quarterly campaigns and all Redline business, working within defined processes and policies. What you'll be doing: Lead the production of Pricing MI to provide oversight on pricing activity to the Product & FV Forum and Pricing committee Lead on the Monitoring and reporting on Retail performance of TFS plans   Lead on Fair Value (FV) assessments activity   and build on MI to support FV assessments across the 4 brands and various products  Support management with the production of ad hoc MI to support any escalation of Pricing issues identified to the appropriate governance forum.  Production of Wholesale MI to enable oversight and monitoring of portfolio performance to support management decision-making in this key strategic area.  Update and maintain policies and procedures in area of responsibility.    A typical day could include: An ordinary day would involve working with other members of the Pricing team to understand current MI and outputs to support analysis.   Reaching out and talking to other areas of the business including Sales, Treasury, Customer Services, Legal and New Business.   Building on this alongside the review of dashboards and KPIs data to understand and pull out for - messaging - trends to support business decisions.
