Description
PR Consulting offers an Internship Program for its New York City office. The ideal candidate will be passionate about all things PR and excited to immerse themselves in the wide variety of opportunities PRC offers! Please Note: This internship is unpaid and only available to current students who are able to receive school credit .  Key Responsibilities Act as on-site support during the Internship calendar for the Spring, Summer or Fall Semester Attend PRC’s Internship Workshop program and practically apply those learnings in day-to-day supervised tasks  Track and clip media coverage for clients Conduct research efforts for specific client accounts Support with sending out samples and mailers to editors and influencers Support with in-person brand events when appropriate Research new media or event attendee targets Demonstrate up to the moment knowledge of media and trends by sharing insights and perspectives with the team Collaborate with PRC staff and fellow interns on a project of their choosing  Requirements Strong team player Proficiency with Google Drive and Microsoft (i.e. Word, PowerPoint, Excel)  Strong organizational skills Ability to juggle multiple tasks at once Passionate about lifestyle, industry trends, media, and communications Finger on the pulse of pop culture, new forms of media, and exciting new talent  Minimum of 2 days/week in-office, maximum 32 hours per week Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program, for-credit internship only
