We are reimagining the experience for pets and pet parents, and we’re searching for a Center Director to lead our team.   If you are passionate about delivering elevated client experiences, building and managing high-performing teams, and driving financial success while making a positive impact in the lives of pets and their families, we want to meet you!   Why You’ll Love Working Here:   Be part of a collaborative, pet-focused team that values your input.   Enjoy a modern, thoughtfully designed workspace equipped with the latest technology.   Grow in your career with a company committed to low-stress handling and pet wellness.   Responsibilities Include:   Cl ient Relations: Foster a client-centric environmen t that meets the needs of pets and their parents.   Promote local community engagement through marketing initiatives and onsite events.   Resolve client concerns and manage financial arrangements with professionalism and care.   Team Management:   Hire, train, and develop a high-performing support team.   Schedule team members and ensure appropriate staffing levels.   Conduct performance reviews, manage disciplinary actions, and oversee employee development.   Promote a collaborative and positive work culture.   Financial Oversight:   Work with leadership to create budgets, monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) , and analyze financial statements.   Educate your team on business and client impact metrics.   Manage inventory and ensure financial efficiency through proper supply control.   Facility Management:   Ensure proper use and maintenance of the Practice Management System for accurate client records.   Supervise cleaning, maintenance, and organization to meet the Company’s elevated standards.   Enforce safety and security protocols.   Marketing & Community Engagement:   Collaborate with the marketing team to execute effective advertising and community outreach strategies.   Promote internal programs to increase client visits and elevate brand awareness.   Culture & Team Engagement:   Lead by example to create a cooperative and motivated team environment.   Uphold the Company’s core values and promote continuous quality improvement.     Qualifications:   Bachelor’s degree in business or related field (or equivalent experience).   Certified Veterinary Practice Manager (CVPM) designation is a plus.   Experience in managing a high-touch client service business (e.g., spa, medical office, veterinary practice, hospitality).     Core Competencies:   Passion for pets and a consumer-centric mindset .   Proven ability to manage labor costs, scheduling, and P&L to achieve business goals.   Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop teams.   Skilled in adapting to changing operational needs and leveraging technology to improve client experiences.     Perks of Joining the Team:     Competitive pay and opportunities for advancement.    Work in a state-of-the-art facility designed with pets, their parents, and our team in mind.    Flexible scheduling, generous paid time off, and company-paid holiday schedule.    Team Pet Care Discounts    Health, Dental, and Vision insurance, 401K retirement savings, and more!   Apply Today!   If you are ready to join a team dedicated to providing exceptional car
