You will help to put our proposition on the map, motivate customers, lead projects, and build your own Software Engineering team . You are both a visionary and a doer: from architecture and code reviews to implementation and deployment. You will take responsibility for building and expanding the software development team within adesso Belgium, support new customer acquisition, actively share knowledge within the team, and contribute to team growth. You introduce new ideas and best practices and use state-of-the-art technology to develop robust and scalable solutions. You will take charge of presales activities, drawing on your expertise to win new projects. This includes crafting proposals, preparing demos and presentations, estimating project scopes, and convincingly showcasing the value of our solution. You work with sales to identify opportunities and translate customer challenges into a well-founded technical solution and plan of action. You design and implement cloud-native applications with C#, the .NET framework , and Azure Cloud Services ensure stable and secure integration with other systems. You set up modern CI/CD pipelines with Docker and Kubernetes (AKS), and ensure high quality through test automation and monitoring. You develop front-end components in Blazor (or any Javascript/Typescript framework like React, Angular or Vue) that connect to backend services and contribute to an optimal user experience. You present your solutions to customers and stakeholders, process feedback, and defend well-founded technical choices. You work closely with developers, designers, and architects, take responsibility for the final delivery quality, and ensure the optimal balance between customer requirements and resources. As we grow, you will mentor and lead new team members. Your people skills will enable you to train junior consultants and coordinate their work. You'll foster a positive team environment, provide guidance, and eventually manage the Software team, helping each member develop their skills.
