As a Plasterer, you will be responsible for applying plaster to walls, ceilings, and other surfaces to create a smooth and even finish. Your work will play a crucial role in the aesthetic and structural quality of residential, commercial, and industrial projects. Responsibilities Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and repairing damage before plaster application. Mix, apply, and finish plaster coatings using hand tools and spray equipment. Ensure smooth and even surfaces on walls and ceilings according to project specifications. Read and interpret blueprints and work orders to understand requirements. Maintain safety standards and keep work areas clean and organized. Collaborate with other construction professionals to complete projects on schedule. Identify and repair plaster defects or cracks efficiently. Requirements Proven experience as a Plasterer or similar role in construction. Strong knowledge of plastering techniques, materials, and tools. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and instructions. Excellent attention to detail and precision in finishing work. Physical stamina and dexterity to handle plastering tasks. Understanding of health and safety standards in construction environments. Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to various job sites if required.
