Description
Greenergy delivers safe, efficient and reliable fuel solutions to customers across road, aviation and marine sectors. As an international transportation fuel supplier, we combine traditional and renewable energy solutions to support our customers through the energy transition.  Commitment to innovation and a drive to do things differently have seen Greenergy grow from a bedroom start-up to supply transport fuels in the UK, Ireland and Canada, as well as being a leading European manufacturer of waste-based renewables.  Our Amsterdam biodiesel facility is one of Greenergy's key renewable fuel production sites, supplying lower-carbon transport fuels across Europe. We are seeking an experienced Plant Manager to lead the site, providing visible leadership across all aspects of site operations while driving a culture of safety, operational excellence and continuous improvement. Reporting to the Head of Biodiesel Operations & Development, you will be responsible for the safe, efficient and compliant operation of the facility, leading a well-established management team and ensuring the site continues to deliver against production, quality and environmental objectives. We are looking for a leader who can quickly build credibility, develop high-performing teams and create an environment where people are supported to perform at their best. The successful candidate will bring proven leadership experience within a manufacturing or process industry environment, together with a genuine passion for developing people, driving continuous improvement and maintaining the highest standards of safety and compliance. Strong English communication skills are essential. Whilst not a requirement, Dutch language skills would be advantageous given the nature of the role and interaction with local stakeholders and regulatory authorities. Applicants must already have the legal right to live and work in the Netherlands. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide visa sponsorship for this position.
