Description
JASARA PMC is seeking an experienced Planning Manager for a Mixed-use development project (Expression of Interest - EOI). With 15 years of professional experience, you will play a pivotal role in leading the planning, scheduling, and monitoring of this complex project to ensure successful delivery aligned with stakeholders' expectations and strategic objectives. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to transformative projects within Saudi Arabia and support Vision 2030 initiatives. Key Responsibilities Develop, maintain, and control comprehensive project schedules for mixed-use development projects. Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to align planning activities and meet project milestones. Implement schedule risk analysis, identifying potential impacts and proposing mitigation plans. Prepare regular reporting and presentations for senior management and stakeholders regarding schedule status, forecasts, and issues. Ensure compliance with project governance, contractual requirements, and corporate standards. Lead planning meetings and drive continuous improvement in scheduling processes and tools. Collaborate closely with cost, engineering, procurement, and construction teams to integrate planning efforts. Requirements Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field. Minimum of 15 years of proven experience in planning and scheduling large-scale mixed-use development projects. Expertise in Primavera P6 and other project management software. Strong knowledge of schedule risk management and project controls. Excellent leadership and communication skills, with experience managing multidisciplinary project teams. Ability to analyze complex project data and generate actionable insights. Familiarity with Saudi Arabian construction industry standards and regulatory environment is an advantage.
