Manage the delivery and implementation of the organization’s planning requirements. Working with Project Managers and Directors to deliver planned performance outputs to time, budget commitments and quality specifications. Developing, implementing and monitoring good management practices for the delivery, management and implementation of planning commitments to ensure that sufficient resources are allocated to planning activities for delivery of short-, medium- and long-term commitments. Manage the preparation and submission of all clients' planning requirements. Plan and schedule the project by developing a project master schedule in line with the proposal requirements through the application of the primavera or MS project. Implement the work schedule and monitor the progress of the work for timely execution of the project through daily/weekly/monthly/ reports with respect to review of the overall project. Coordinate and work with the project management team to resolve project issues and ensure the delivery/completion of the project work on time. Review status reports, modify schedules and plans as required, and keep the management and Project director. apprised of the progress on a regular basis. On-time delivery of project plans. Budget preparation. Technical project documentation. On-time reporting Requirements A Bachelor’s Degree in Public Administration, Planning, or Engineering Understanding of market research and data analysis Knowledge of business operations and procedures Demonstrable strategic thinking abilities Analytical mind with problem-solving aptitude
