We are looking for a driven and capable Planning Manager to support the development of Mega Project(s) in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. This is a client-facing role. You will be responsible for performing more complex aspects of planning and scheduling, including planning, change management, schedule maintenance, and multi-project resource management. RESPONSIBILITIES Work with the client and contractors to establish work breakdown structures (WBS), CPM baseline schedules, and integrated master schedules (IMS). Review project plans, requirements, and specifications. Load schedules with resource and cost information. Work with the project team and various functions to ensure the development and implementation of integrated planning and reporting systems. Develop and manage the delay analysis process and deliverables. Manage and Mentor Planning Team and ensure their deliverables are well integrated into the system and up to the quality standards. Perform resource analyses to identify potential bottlenecks and resource strain. Update, maintain, and revise monthly and weekly schedules and reports. Coordinate and conduct reviews of consultants, contractors, and vendor schedules, to ensure plans are achievable and meet the client’s standards and contract specifications. Report on comparisons of monthly schedule updates - including changes, delays, or accelerations. Developing and implementing an earned value system (EVM) that accurately measures project work progress and performance. Identify program and project risks and provide recommendations to mitigate the impact of these risks. Perform what-if and delay analyses as needed. Act as the primary communication link between the company and clients regarding contracts and project progress, and have the ability to handle client demands. Establish a strong relationship with the client and communicate with both technical and management-level personnel. Prepare PowerPoint decks and present to management on progress, findings, and recommendations. Perform other related duties as required and assigned. QUALIFICATIONS Required qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in construction engineering, engineering, project management, or related technical field. Minimum 15 years of construction planning and scheduling experience. Fluency in English is a must. Multi-disciplinary and vertical construction experience is a must ( Infrastructure, Power Generation, Oil & Gas, Hospitals, Mixed-use buildings, etc.). Experience in data centers, mission-critical facilities, and projects of similar complexity. Earned Value Management experience. Experience working with Multinational PMC consultants and Contractors.
