About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Planning & Customer Service Manager to lead production planning, customer service, order fulfillment, and inventory management activities across our manufacturing operations. This role plays a critical part in translating customer demand into achievable production plans while balancing capacity, material availability, inventory levels, and operational constraints to deliver excellent customer service and business performance. Role Responsibilities: Lead the development and execution of daily, weekly, monthly, and long-term production plans. Coordinate planning activities across manufacturing operations to ensure optimal utilization of resources and capacity. Balance customer demand, production capacity, inventory targets, material availability, and operational requirements. Lead the Customer Service team and oversee the end-to-end order fulfillment process from order receipt to delivery. Ensure realistic delivery commitments and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and on-time delivery performance. Review customer forecasts, demand trends, and supply constraints to support effective business planning and decision-making. Lead Demand & Supply Review meetings and support Integrated Business Planning (IBP) processes. Manage inventory performance across Raw Materials, Work-in-Process, and Finished Goods while optimizing working capital. Monitor manufacturing capacity, identify bottlenecks, and develop mitigation plans to support business growth and customer commitments. Drive planning system improvements, ERP optimization, process standardization, and continuous improvement initiatives. What you'll need: Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Operations Management, Business Administration, Economics, Chemical Engineering, or a related field. Minimum 7 years of experience in Production Planning, Supply Planning, Supply Chain, Customer Service, or Operations Management within a manufacturing environment. At least 3 years of leadership or management experience. Strong experience in Production Planning, Order Fulfillment, Customer Service, and Inventory Management. Experience with ERP systems, MRP, forecasting, and supply chain planning processes. Experience working in Make-to-Order (MTO) and capacity-constrained manufacturing environments. Professional certifications such as CPIM, CSCP, or equivalent are an advantage. Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken. What were looking for?
