Aureol Global Connections is actively seeking a skilled Pipefitter Supervisor to oversee and manage our pipefitting team. The successful candidate will ensure that all piping projects are executed efficiently, safely, and in compliance with industry standards. As a supervisor, you will play a key role in mentoring staff, ensuring quality workmanship, and coordinating with various departments to meet project deadlines. Key Responsibilities Lead and supervise the pipefitting team during installation, maintenance, and repair projects. Interpret and review technical drawings and blueprints to guide the team accurately. Implement and enforce safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment. Provide training, support, and guidance to pipefitting personnel to enhance their skills and productivity. Monitor project progress and collaborate with project managers to address any challenges. Conduct quality control inspections and ensure compliance with company and industry standards. Maintain detailed records of work performed and submit regular reports to management. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent; pipefitting certification or vocational training preferred. Minimum of 5 years of pipefitting experience with demonstrable supervisory experience. Proficiency in reading and interpreting schematics, blueprints, and technical documents. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to effectively manage and motivate teams. Comprehensive knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in pipefitting. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
