Based in Toronto, our team of top marketers, engineers, product managers, business leaders, and pharmacists is building the future of digital healthcare. We're looking for a Pharmacy Assistant. This role works closely with the Head Pharmacist at a mail order pharmacy to assist in filling prescriptions to ship to patients on a daily basis. Training will be provided on the job. This is a non-direct patient care role.  RESPONSIBILITIES - Accurately fill and package prescriptions for timely shipment to patients - Assist in routine maintenance tasks to ensure the pharmacy operates smoothly and efficiently - Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant pharmacy environment - Support the Head Pharmacist and team with daily operational duties as needed QUALIFICATIONS - Exceptional attention to detail and a high level of accuracy  - Works well in a team environment with a good sense of urgency - Strong organizational and time management skills with a task-oriented approach - Good communication skills with coworkers - no direct customer interaction WHY WORK AT PHOENIX? - A Rewarding Mission: Through our asynchronous care model, Phoenix is reimagining patient-centric care for Canadians across the country by making diagnoses and treatment delivery faster, more accessible, and completely discreet. - Impact & Autonomy: You’ll work directly with passionate, experienced leaders who’ve seen the ups and downs of building a business and genuinely care about your growth.
