Job Description Waltz Health is seeking an experienced and compassionate Pharmacist to join our Bolero Specialty Pharmacy team. This role offers the opportunity to provide expert medication management, clinical support, and patient education for individuals with complex medical conditions. You will play a critical role in collaborating with healthcare providers and patients to ensure the safe, effective, and timely delivery of specialty medications. Your contributions will directly impact patient outcomes, helping to optimize treatment plans and improve the overall quality of care. In this role you will report to the Pharmacist-in-Charge and oversee the day-to-day functions of Bolero Specialty Pharmacy. You will be responsible for educating patients about their treatments, assisting with prior authorization processes, and collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure timely medication access. Additionally, you will monitor patient progress, document interventions, and participate in continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing patient care and service delivery. You will primarily focus on the following responsibilities: Work collaboratively with healthcare providers, insurance companies, and other members of the healthcare team to ensure that patients have timely access to their prescribed therapies. Provide insights to prescribers on the clinical aspects of specialty medications including drug selection, dosing, and monitoring protocols. Assist in managing prior authorizations, insurance verifications, and formulary options to facilitate patient access to medications. Review and manage prescription data entry, medication interactions, contraindications, and other safety considerations related to specialty medications. Coordinate with Patient Care Coordinators and other pharmacy team members to ensure that patients receive seamless service and support. Assist patients in understanding the therapeutic goals of their treatment, helping them manage their conditions and improve quality of life. Offer support and resources for managing financial barriers, insurance, and access to medication assistance programs. Document clinical interventions, medication adjustments, and follow-up actions to ensure continuous care and adherence to therapy within the pharmacy management system. Ensure compl
