Description

We are working to increase vehicle safety by developing seatbelts, airbags and steering wheels and you can be part of our team as  Quality Lead Specialist .         Should you be interested in overseeing these tasks and aiming for enhanced performance standards, your role will involve : Coordinate creation, review, and approval of PFMEAs Lead deployment, maintenance, and continuous improvement of PFMEAs and Control Plans across manufacturing processes. Ensure alignment between customer requirements, PFMEAs, Control Plans, work instructions, and inspection standards. Coordinate PFMEA creation, reviews, updates, and approvals following process changes, audits, or quality incidents. Facilitate cross-functional risk assessment and PFMEA workshops. Drive risk reduction actions and monitor high-risk items through escalation and follow-up. Conduct PFMEA and Control Plan audits to ensure effectiveness and compliance. Support APQP activities, industrialization projects, and launch readiness. Define and monitor process control strategies and risk prevention initiatives. Coach teams on AIAG-VDA PFMEA methodology and quality best practices. Participate in customer, IATF, and internal audits and ensure compliance with standards and customer requirements.       If you have/are: Bachelor's degree + 4 years or higher. Minimum 5 years of experience in the automotive industry. 2+ years of hands-on experience with PFMEA and Control Plan ownership. AIAG-VDA PFMEA methodology. Control Plan development and deployment. APQP and PPAP. Process Risk Assessment. SPC and MSA. IATF 16949 and Customer Specific Requirements (CSR). Process Auditing (VDA 6.3 preferred). Manufacturing process control. Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt. Problem-solving tools: 8D, 5 Why, Ishikawa.  Fluent in English and French Customer focus. Strong decision-making skills.
