Description
Greenvolt Power  is our segment dedicated to the  Development & Construction  of utility-scale solar and wind projects. We value local expertise and empower our partners, counting already with business presence in over 16 countries (Europe & North America). Greenvolt Power Italy i s seeking a skilled  Permitting Manager. Key accountabilities Supervise the handover of renewable projects from development to execution, making sure the permits are aligned with the local legislation  Interact with the development, engineering, and grid connection departments to verify and check the projects are allowed to be constructed and predict potential risks  Ensure the implementation of permits and licenses requirements and conditions  Manage the interface with local administrations and different stakeholders and amend/include any documentation that is needed to allow the start of the construction  Support the company in the main negotiation with the different stakeholders during the permitting process  Coordination and Supervision of Constraint Analysis (environmental, landscape, archaeological, etc.)  Coordination and Supervision of Feasibility Studies, including Buffers and identification of Aree Idonee ;  Knowledge of CDU and territorial National & Regional Plans (also provincial and municipal planning);  Coordination and supervision of environmental impact studies (SIA), 3D rendering, photo-insertions, and agronomic reports;  Knowledge of laws and rules applicable to Energy and Environment;  Coordination and supervision of geological and hydrogeological reports;  Coordination and supervision of Preventive verifications of the archaeological interest (VPIA);  Continuous updating of the Regulations applicable to energy plants from renewable sources;  Desirable: Previous experience in land expropriation.
