The Marketing team deeply understands a game’s audience, creative strategy and priorities. They are the glue between the Brand, Product, and our Player Communities that will redefine our social strategy to amplify our games across new and existing social channels while building a meaningful community for our players.   What You Will Do: Manage and optimize large-scale User Acquisition budgets to drive profitable growth Execute and scale mobile campaigns across key platforms including Meta, Google, and emerging channels Design and run A/B, multivariate, and marketability tests  from hypothesis to analysis  to improve performance and unlock growth opportunities Analyze campaign, funnel, retention, and LTV metrics to drive data-informed optimization strategies Partner cross-functionally with Product, Creative, Data, and Marketing teams to improve full-funnel performance Identify and scale strategic acquisition partnerships and new growth opportunities globally Contribute creative insights and testing strategies to improve ad performance and acquisition efficiency Stay current on market trends, platform changes, and best practices in mobile performance marketing   What You Will Need: 3+ years of experience in User Acquisition, performance marketing, or media buying, preferably in mobile gaming or mobile apps Proven track record of scaling growth through paid acquisition channels and identifying high-impact opportunities Strong understanding of UA KPIs including CPI, ROAS, retention, conversion funnels, and LTV optimization Hands-on experience with platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, and AppLovin; DSP, ad networks, and rewarded advertising experience is a plus Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions in fast-paced environments Strong communication, stakeholder management, and ownership mindset Advanced Excel skills, AI tools, and data visualization platforms (e.g., Looker) are a plus Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Creative, Data, and Marketing teams BA/BS degree in Economics, Mathematics, Marketing, Finance, Business, or a related field Passion for mobile advertising, experimentation, and continuous optimization   About Scopely Scopely is a leading video game and global interactive entertainment company, home to many of the world’s most beloved and enduring experiences, including two of the most successful mobile games of all-time “MONOPOLY GO!” and “Pokémon GO,” along with “Stumble Guys,” “Star Trek™ Fleet Command,” “MARVEL Strike Force,” “WWE Champions,” the Scrabble® franchise, “Yahtzee® With Buddies,” and many others.
