This role owns day-to-day HR operations for around 70 employees, supports managers and employees across the full employee lifecycle, and helps embed global processes, policies, and initiatives in a way that feels clear, practical, and relevant locally.   It is a hands-on, people-facing role that combines strong HR foundations, local employment law knowledge, and a focus on employee experience, accuracy, and compliance. The role also acts as a key communication bridge between Vietnam and global teams, including translating and tailoring People communications in English and Vietnamese. 🚨 Note: This role is based in our Nha Trang offices - 5 days per week.
