At TechBiz Global, we are providing recruitment service to our TOP clients from our portfolio. We are currently seeking an Payroll Specialist to join one of our clients ' teams in Nicosia, Cyprus. Key Responsibilities: • Process monthly payroll & payments to employees / authorities / clients. • Ensure compliance with local tax regulations and statutory requirements. • Prepare and submit payroll-related reports to regulatory authorities. • Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll matters. • Coordinate with software provider to prepare specific reports at regular intervals according to client requests. • Monitoring the changes in legislative concerning the payroll. • Bachelor's degree or relevant accounting/ HR qualification • Fluent in English and Greek • Experience in working with international/multinational companies will be considered as an advantage • Excellent communication, analytical and organization skills • Years of experience in a related field: 2 to 4 years What we offer: • Working in a positive environment with people from different backgrounds and nationalities • Mobility & Secondment opportunities within our 21 offices in South East Europe, the Middle East and the Baltics • Provident Fund • Work from Home 1 day per week • Increasing number of annual leave days based on experience at the company • 3 Weeks Paternity Leave • Friday afternoons off • Dog friendly workplace • Potential development & growth through seminars, workshops and events
