We are pleased to introduce the role of Payroll Manager, which will strengthen our payroll operations and support our commitment to paying our colleagues accurately and on time. This role will support the Head of Payroll and Projects, while supporting the Payroll Supervisors and lead by example. As the Payroll Manager you will oversee all the payroll processes, ensure compliance with statutory requirements, and work closely with HR and Finance to improve systems, reporting, and employee support. Your place of work will be based in the offices in Worsley. We do operate a hybrid working policy and we expect the hours worked to support the business requirements. Flexibility is offered with the business operating between the hours of 07:00 – 17:00 on a 37.5-hour contract.
