Description
  Skilled Wound Care is looking for a Payment Posting Specialist to join our rapidly growing company! We are a mobile surgical physician wound care group expanding into new markets of the United States. T he Payment Posting Specilaist is critical to maintaining the financial accuracy and efficiency of our billing operations. Position is hybrid at our office in Playa Vista, CA Key Responsibilities: Accurately post insurance and patient payments, adjustments, and denials using EOBs and ERAs Reconcile daily payment batches and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner Communicate with insurance carriers regarding payment variances and underpayments Support the accounts receivable team to reduce outstanding balances Maintaining compliance with billing regulations and payer-specific guidelines Ideal Candidate Qualifications: Prior experience in medical billing or healthcare revenue cycle management Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in data entry Familiarity with practice management and billing software Working knowledge of CPT codes, ICD-10, and EOB/ERA processing Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment High School diploma or equivalent is required.   Pay: $21-23/hr Depending on experience Benefits: Health, Dental, Vision Insurance Generous 401 K plan Paid time off Life Insurance   Great Place to Work® Certified!
