Nationa l  Star Services is a 28-year-old facility management company providing different services all nationwide and we are now in search of  Pastry Helpers  to work at our location in  Des Plaines, IL 60018. Job responsibilities Assisted the pastry production team, chefs, and cooks in preparing and mixing pastry products. Work in different station such as (Fruit cutting station, economy packing station, juice station, basket station, assembling and plating food etc.) Comply with all food safety and hygiene regulations as stated in the food safety management system handbook. Report problems with the food safety management system to their manager and the hygiene and food safety tea. Perform duties as assigned by supervisor.   Schedule: Monday - Sunday, with 2 days off during the week. (Weekly schedule will be assigned by the supervisor) 1st Shift available: 8:00 am Until Finish around 4:30pm Hourly Pay Rate:  Regular: $17.50/Hr. Overtime:  $26.25/Hr. (Biweekly Pay) Requirements: Bilingual proficiency i n  English and Spanish  is required for this role. Must have two valid forms of ID (Photo ID & SSC) Own transportation to get to and from work. Must have experience working in a kitchens and/or handling food. Ability to multi-task and work well in a fast-paced environment.
