Job Summary The Partnerships Coordinator will work closely with the Head of Partnerships to help strengthen, deepen and retain RE:GEN Group’s client and partner relationships across the Regional Business Units. The role will support a proactive, insight-led approach to partnership working, helping ensure our client partners feel listened to, well understood and confident that RE:GEN is evolving alongside their priorities. This role focuses on providing research, reporting, CRM and administrative support across the partnerships portfolio, ensuring the Head of Partnerships and regional Business Units have accurate, current intelligence to understand each client’s changing priorities, strengthen relationships, identify opportunities to add value and improve RE:GEN’s offer as clients evolve. The Partnerships Coordinator will support the coordination of partnership activity, meetings and reporting across all Business Units, helping to maintain a consistent, professional and client-centred approach to partnership working group-wide. The role will help ensure that agreed actions, commitments and insights are followed through, so clients experience RE:GEN as responsive, joined-up and easy to work with. The role holder will work closely with Business Unit Managing Directors and the Bids team to ensure partnership intelligence supports both relationship-building, client retention, bid positioning, and the development of our future offer. Travel to other regions will be required. Closing Date for Applications - Sunday 16th August 2026 Interview Dates - W/C 24th August 2026 Daily Responsibility Specific objectives and deliverables will be agreed as part of your annual People Engagement Process (RE:PEP), the points below are a summary of your main duties and responsibilities. Support the Head of Partnerships in developing and maintaining a clear, current Partnership Plan for each key client, ensuring each plan reflects the client’s priorities, key decision-makers, relationship strength, emerging risks, opportunities to add value and agreed actions to deepen the partnership. Support the coordination of partnership activity across regional Business Units, working with relevant internal leads (for example, Social Value, Communications, Bids) to ensure activity is joined-up, purposeful and aligned to what clients value most. Ensure partnership activity is reviewed regularly and remains on track, monitoring client satisfaction, relationship health, agreed actions and emerging risks, and escalating issues or opportunities to the Head of Partnerships where needed. Support the scheduling, coordination and facilitation of partnership meetings and workshops, including formal performance review meetings and regular internal and client touch points. Maintain accurate, up-to-date partnership and client records in the Group's CRM system, ensuring information is current and accessible to the wider team. Produce and maintain client relationship maps and organograms from an agreed template, to support Managing Directors, the Head of Partnerships and the Exec team in understanding key stakeholder relationships at a glance. Coordinate data and information capture to ensure accurate, timely reportage, collating data into clear, well-presented reports and presentations on a regular basis, in line with agreed formats. Conduct independent research to support the Head of Partnerships and regional Business Units with client, sector and market intelligence, presented in a clear, digestible format for internal teams and, where required, the Board. Track relevant activity from other organisations in the sector and keep up to date with developments in social housing, retrofit and decarbonisation policy (for example, the Warm Homes: Social Housing Fund, PAS 2035, EPC targets), sharing relevant updates with the business.
