Description
Location: Islamabad, Pakistan (On-site) Employment Type: Full-time Timings: 6pm - 2am (Night shift)
Role Overview The Partnerships Associate is the execution backbone of the partnerships function across Nysonian's brands, covering both influencer and UGC creators. This is a hands-on, high-volume role focused on keeping the pipeline organized and moving: tracking creator performance, reaching out to and communicating with creators on day-to-day matters, preparing and issuing contracts from approved templates, submitting approved invoices, and chasing and logging deliverables.
The role does not set rates, negotiate terms, or manage anything sensitive within a creator relationship. Cancellations, disputes, negotiation, and any non-routine or difficult conversation are handled by the Head of Partnerships. The Associate works from approved templates, rates, and formats, and keeps communication with creators clear, friendly, and consistent for the routine, ongoing parts of the relationship.
Key Responsibilities 1. Creator Performance Tracking
Track and log performance for both influencer and UGC creators — content delivery, posting timelines, and campaign results.
Keep the SLA tracking sheet, influencer/creator database, and Monday.com boards current, logging stage changes and status updates as they happen.
Flag underperforming or at-risk creators to the Head of Partnerships.
2. Creator Outreach & Communication
Research and build lists of influencer and UGC creators aligned with brand positioning.
Send outreach using approved templates and processes.
Serve as the regular point of contact for creators on routine matters — scheduling, reminders, product/shipment questions, and follow-ups.
Escalate anything sensitive (cancellations, disputes, rate pushback, non-standard requests) to the Head of Partnerships rather than responding directly.
3. Contract Preparation & Issuance
Prepare, populate, and send contracts for both influencer and UGC creators using only pre-approved formats, terms, and rates.
Ensure every contract matches the approved template exactly, with no terms altered.
Collect and verify creator details required to complete and issue each contract.
4. Invoice Processing
Submit approved invoices for influencer and UGC creators into the invoicing group.
Ensure each invoice is complete and accurate before submission, and that approval has been granted first.
Support tracking and documentation of creator payments in coordination with finance.
5. Deliverable & Content Tracking
Log and track creator deliverables and submission timelines, chasing outstanding submissions using approved messaging.
Route submitted content and revision requests between creators and the creative team.
Keep deliverable status current across sheets and Monday.
