We are looking for a hands-on Part-Time RMA Technician to support our RMA operations. This role involves handling returned TVs and monitors, basic dismantling and testing, checking accessories, and unpacking/repacking products. A senior team member will provide guidance and training. Key Responsibilities Handle returned TVs and monitors for RMA processing Dismantle TVs/monitors using basic tools Perform basic functional testing Sort and check accessories (remotes, cables, stands, etc.) Identify and record missing or faulty accessories Unpack and repack products properly Follow RMA SOPs and instructions from senior staff Requirements Requirements: Malaysians, 18 years old and above Comfortable with hands-on work and using basic tools Basic knowledge or experience with electronics is an advantage Able to handle TVs/monitors carefully (physical work involved) Can work on weekdays, 8.30AM - 5.30PM
