O’Hagan Meyer is seeking a full-time Paralegal to join its office located in Wilmington, DE. The individual in this role must possess a Paralegal Certificate from an accredited and approved paralegal education program. The individual in this role supports attorneys who focus their practice on general litigation, including single and multi-plaintiff suits, Class/PAGA action suits, and complex litigation matters. Ideal candidate should have a very strong understanding of State and Federal court rules and procedures, excellent computer skills with knowledge of Adobe Acrobat, MS Excel, and MS Office, including Outlook, and excellent oral and written communication skills and exceptional organizational skills. Relevant experience in civil defense litigation. Trial experience is preferred. Strong understanding of various State and Federal court rules and procedures. Excellent computer skills with knowledge of Adobe Acrobat, MS Office, LexisNexis, Odyssey e-file, Pacer and ECF Filing Systems. Experience with iManage or similar document management platforms a plus. Experience with PowerPoint and other presentation software highly desirable. Excellent oral and written communication skills and exceptional organizational skills. Excellent time and deadline management skills.
